Questions
What happens if I stop paying?
Your switch keeps running and your messages stay safe. You just can’t add or edit until you renew. We will never hold the people you love hostage to a billing problem.
What if AngelSwitch shuts down?
We’ll give you and your loved ones at least 90 days’ notice and a way to download everything first, still private to the people you chose. Lifetime plans are held to that promise in writing. You can also print and mail letters, which can’t depend on us at all.
What do my loved ones need?
Just their email and the answer to one question you choose, something only they would know. No account, no app, no password, and they never pay anything. Their link keeps working for years.
What if it's a false alarm?
Nothing is ever sent because of one missed email. We remind you several times, over weeks you choose, and every reminder has a one-click “I’m okay” button. If you use confirmers, they have to agree too, and then there’s a final cancel window. Any single check-in from you stops everything.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Anytime, from Settings. Moving to Lifetime ends your subscription automatically. If you cancel, your switch keeps running with everything you’ve already made.
